Delivery & Return Policy

Return Policy


Customers are advised to check their orders immediately upon receipt as we cannot be held responsible for breakages or other damages once the delivery forms have been signed.

For corkages, please reseal the bottles quickly and inform us immediately either by phone (03-2141 3177) during office hours or by email. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept corked bottles that have been drunk!

We offer three delivery options and they are discussed in turn below.

  • Self-pick up at WineShop HQ - Free
    Orders received before noon (12pm) will be ready for collection on the next business day. We would require you to present your order confirmation email/number or credit card used to make the purchase on collection. We would be very grateful too if you could call us at +603 2141 3177 to let us know when you'll be coming to collect your wines. In the event we are caught in an out-of-stock situation, you will be immediately notified via telephone.
  • Standard delivery for 12 bottles and above (Klang Valley only) - Free
    At the moment, this option is only available for our Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) customers. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 2 -5 working days. You will be informed of your delivery before it is despatched. Don't worry, we will not show up unannounced!
  • Express next day delivery - RM20 flat
    All orders will be delivered the next day. If you would like to specify a later delivery date for the express next day delivery service, please leave us a note under Special Instructions.
